Kidney Bean Burgers (Vegan + Gluten-Free + Low-Fat)

I initially made this formula back in July 2014, however I have given it a little makeover! Simply cosmetic.This is one of my preferred plans ever, so I thought it's unique photographs need some patching up.

MY GO-TO BEAN BURGERS FROM DAY 1…

Not exclusively is this Kidney Bean Burger one of MY preferred plans, it is really the primary formula I provide for any individual who approaches me needing to change to a plant-based eating routine (or simply fuse more plant-based nourishments).

The BEST and least complex bean burgers! Made with just 6 basic, healthy fixings. Vegetarian, without gluten, sans oil, and low-fat!

1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup without gluten fast oats

Strategy:

1. Preheat stove to 400F, splash preparing sheet with cooking shower or line with material paper, and put in a safe spot.

2. Crush beans in blending bowl until there are no entire beans left.

Pound beans in blending bowl until there are no entire beans left.

Spot on arranged heating sheet, and straighten with the palm of your hand.

Heat for 10 minutes, flip (cautiously!), and prepare for an additional 10 minutes on the opposite side.
