Cauliflower Hash Browns

Fixings

1/2 medium head cauliflower

1 huge egg

1/2 c. finely cleaved onion

1 c. destroyed Cheddar


3 tbsp. cornstarch


genuine salt


Newly ground dark pepper

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil


Bearings

Mesh cauliflower on a case grater until destroyed. Move to a medium bowl and include egg, onion, cheddar and cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper.


In a huge skillet over medium-high warmth, heat oil. Include spoonfuls of cauliflower blend and shape into a patty.


Cook until earthy colored and firm, 5 minutes, at that point flip and cook 5 minutes more. Rehash with outstanding cauliflower blend.
