Smothered Green Beans
Covered Green Beans – canned green beans prepared in bacon, earthy colored sugar, spread, soy sauce, and garlic. This is the most mentioned green bean formula in our home. Everyone gets seconds. SO great!! Incredible for a potluck. Everybody requests the formula! Too simple to make.
These Covered Green Beans are ludicrous! OMG! SO great!! Green beans covered with bacon, earthy colored sugar, spread, soy sauce and garlic. How would they be able to not be acceptable? Best of all, this goulash just takes a couple of moments to assemble. You can really cook the bacon early and this would be prepared in about a moment! Woohoo!
This makes a TON! We ate extras for a few days and they tasted extraordinary! This would be the ideal dish for a potluck or evening gathering. I guarantee everybody will go insane over these Covered Green Bans! SO natural thus delectable!
Fixings:
5 (15-oz) jars green beans, depleted
1 lb bacon
⅔ cup earthy colored sugar
¼ cup margarine liquefied
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1½ tsp garlic powder
Guidelines:
Preheat broiler to 350ºF.
Pour depleted green beans in an ungreased 9×13-inch skillet.
In an enormous skillet, cook bacon until nearly done yet not very firm. Expel from skillet, channel on paper towel and slash. Sprinkle cooked bacon on green beans.
Whisk together earthy colored sugar, softened spread, soy sauce and garlic powder. Pour over green beans.
Heat revealed for 40 minutes.
