Brookie - a brownie cookie

A collaborator couldn't settle on her most loved for her birthday treat, brownies or chocolate chip treats, so she said I should simply pick one. In transit home I thought this up and couldn't discover it on Allrecipes so I made it. These go rapidly; I for the most part make a twofold group in a jam move dish.
